Terms of Service
Last updated: 20 October 2026
1. Who we are
These Terms govern your use of flyancer.com and related pages (the “Platform”), operated by Flyancer (“Flyancer”, “we”, “us”), A-6, Sector 22, Dwarka, New Delhi, India. By creating an account or using the Platform you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
2. What Flyancer does
Flyancer is an online marketplace. It lets candidates (students, freshers, job seekers) discover and request paid or free one-to-one services — such as resume reviews, mock interviews, coaching, referral requests and guidance — from experts (HR professionals, interviewers and other working professionals). Flyancer is an intermediary: we provide the technology and the listing space. The service itself is a direct arrangement between the expert and the candidate.
3. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract under Indian law.
- Sign-in is by a one-time link sent to your email. You are responsible for your email account and for everything done through your Flyancer account.
- Experts must sign up with an official company email address. Free email addresses (such as Gmail or Yahoo) are not accepted for expert accounts.
- You must give accurate information, including your name, company and job title. One person may not hold multiple accounts to mislead others.
- Usernames (flyancer.com/username) are given on a first-come basis. We may remove or change a username that is misleading, offensive, infringes someone’s rights, or impersonates another person or company.
4. What “Verified” means
A “Verified” badge means the expert was able to receive an email at the company domain shown on their profile when they signed up. It is not an endorsement by Flyancer or by the company, it does not confirm the expert’s role, seniority, authority to hire or refer, or the quality of their advice, and it does not mean the company has approved the expert’s listing on Flyancer.
5. Experts are independent
Experts act in their personal capacity. They are not employees, agents or representatives of Flyancer or of any company named on their profile. Their views are their own and do not represent their employer. Company names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners and are shown only to indicate where an expert works; their use does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by that company.
6. Referrals — please read carefully
- A referral is an expert’s personal recommendation of a candidate, where the expert’s employer allows such recommendations. It is not a guarantee of an interview, a job offer, a salary or any other result.
- All hiring decisions belong to the employer. Neither Flyancer nor the expert controls them.
- The fee a candidate pays is for the expert’s time and evaluation of the candidate’s profile — not for a job, and not to influence a hiring decision. Nobody may ask for, offer or accept money, gifts or favours in exchange for a hiring decision.
- Experts must follow their own employer’s policies on referrals and confidentiality. An expert may decline any request, including after reviewing it.
7. Requests, bookings and sessions
- A candidate sends a request to an expert for a listed service. The expert may accept or decline it. A request is not a confirmed booking until the expert accepts it.
- Candidates must give honest information and only share links (for example to a resume) that they are allowed to share. Experts must keep what candidates share confidential and use it only to deliver the service.
- Sessions, calls and written feedback are delivered by the expert. Flyancer does not record or monitor sessions.
- Keep communication and payment for services found on Flyancer on the Platform. Do not use Flyancer only to find people and then move the transaction elsewhere to avoid fees.
8. Fees and payments
Experts set their own prices in Indian rupees (₹). Prices are shown before a candidate sends or confirms a request. Flyancer charges a service commission on paid services; the commission and any applicable taxes (for example GST) will be shown clearly before payment. Online payments are processed by a third-party payment provider (currently planned: Razorpay). Flyancer does not store your card, UPI or bank details. Until online payments are switched on, any arrangement about payment is between the expert and the candidate. Refunds are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
9. What you must not do
- Pretend to be someone else, or claim a company, role or qualification you do not have.
- Harass, abuse, discriminate against or threaten anyone, or send spam.
- Ask for or share confidential employer information, exam papers, or anything illegal or unethical.
- Ask for or accept payment in exchange for a hiring decision, or sell fake referrals, fake experience or fake documents.
- Post content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene or that infringes anyone’s rights.
- Scrape the Platform, probe it for weaknesses, interfere with it, or bypass its security or its rules on verification.
10. Your content
You keep ownership of what you post (profile text, service descriptions, messages). You give Flyancer a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and use it only to run and improve the Platform. You promise that you have the right to post it. We may remove content that breaks these Terms.
11. Our content and intellectual property
The Flyancer name, logo, design, software and text belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission, except for ordinary use of the Platform.
12. General guidance, not professional advice
Experts share their experience and opinions. What you receive is general guidance. It is not professional career, legal, tax, investment, medical, psychological or financial advice, and astrology or similar content is for personal interest only. Always consult a qualified professional before making important decisions, especially in health, money or legal matters.
13. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, that any expert’s information is accurate, or that you will achieve any particular result. We are not responsible for the conduct of any user.
14. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Flyancer is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of job, income or opportunity. Our total liability to you for any claim relating to the Platform will not exceed the amount you paid to Flyancer in the three (3) months before the claim, or ₹5,000 if you paid nothing. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
15. Indemnity
You agree to compensate Flyancer for loss or claims arising from your breach of these Terms, your content, or your misuse of the Platform.
16. Suspension and ending your account
We may suspend or remove an account, a listing or a request if we reasonably believe these Terms are broken, if a company asks us to remove someone who is not authorised to represent it, or if the law requires. You may stop using Flyancer at any time and may ask us to delete your account by writing to support@flyancer.com.
17. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified on the Platform or by email. Using the Platform after the change means you accept it.
18. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at New Delhi, India have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have as a consumer. Please write to us first at support@flyancer.com — we will try to resolve any issue within 30 days.
19. Contact and grievances
